Introduction to childhood physical development
I’m going to start this course by helping you understand the building blocks of a child’s physical development.
What you and I as teachers are able to do, is provide exactly the right recipe or mixture of exercises and movement experiences that children need to thrive, in an environment that is geared towards them practicing and improving on these exercises week after week.
